    Optional (Enhanced pbx systems Features)

    One-number
This pbx systems feature allows you to have one phone number for all of your communication devices, including office, home, cellular, fax, pages, and existing voicemail, fax mail, and e-mail. Your subscriber only needs to give one number to people he/she wishes to receive calls from.

    Follow-me
This pbx system feature ensures that every call you receive finds you wherever you may be. When someone calls your universal number, all of the devices that you select to ring will ring sequentially until all numbers are exhausted or the call has been answered. If the call goes unanswered, the caller will automatically be forwarded to voicemail. This feature enables subscribers to be anywhere and not miss a call.

    Fax-to-email
This pbx system feature allows received faxes to be read through a subscriber's E-mail Inbox. The fax is converted into a readable format which is accessible and printable. This feature allows subscribers to access their faxes without a fax machine from anywhere in the world.

    Voice-to-email
This pbx system feature allows received voice messages to be read through a subscriber's E-mail Inbox. The voice message is converted into a standard .WAV format which is audible from any computer terminal with a sound card and speakers. This feature allows subscribers to access their voice messages without a phone from anywhere in the world.

    Email-notification
This pbx system feature alerts subscribers by email when a voice or fax message has been received. This allows subscribers to be away from their desk

    Speech recognition
This pbx system feature allows callers to dial by speaking the name of the person he wishes to talk to. This feature eliminates the need for callers to memorize long or confusing extension numbers.

    SMS (Short Message Service)
Short message service (SMS) is a globally accepted wireless service that enables the transmission of alphanumeric messages between mobile subscribers and systems such as electronic mail, paging, and Voice mail systems.

    Fax Mail
Faxes are received and saved in the subscriber's fax mailbox until he wants them. He can have them forwarded to any fax machine in the world. Perfect for travel or for any home office.

    Fax Broadcast
Store the fax number lists in the mailbox. The subscriber faxes the document to the Fax Manager and it will automatically fax it to every fax number on the list. This feature allows users to send product announcements, sales information, seminar invitations, press releases and much more.

    Fax-On-Demand
This pbx system feature allows subscribers to send fax information to a caller upon the caller's request. This feature can be used for multi-level marketing purposes or to just distribute information to customers at anytime. Thus, it is ideal for customer service and technical support because it eliminates the need to have a live person answer Frequently Asked Questions or do common troubleshooting.

    Email-to-Voice Mailbox
This pbx system feature allows people to send voice messages from an email account to a subscriber's voice mailbox. TCMS provides the Vmail.exe utility program to anyone who wishes to record voice messages and send them from an email account. This feature is ideal for sending messages in foreign languages because many systems do not have the resources necessary for understanding foreign text.

Automated Private Secretary & Personal Attendant
Each subscriber can have his own personal secretary. When a caller wants to speak to the operator, he presses 0 and Voic email systems transfer the call to the subscriber's private secretary.

    Outbound Calling

This pbx system feature allows subscribers to place out bound calls while using their voice mailbox. Each subscriber has a credit limit, and Voice mail systems ensure that this credit limit is not surpassed.

    Caller ID
This pbx system feature allows subscribers to find out where each message they receive originated from by stamping each message with Caller ID.

    One-Key Call Return
This pbx system feature allows subscribers, while reading messages, to connect directly to the sender of the message by pressing only one key.

    Pre-Paid Calling Card
The pre-paid calling card module allows you to sell prepaid calling cards. The system handles all the calls and deducts the minutes from the subscriber’s balance.

    Administrator's Web Interface
This pbx system feature allows multiple operators to provision mailboxes for subscribers via the World Wide Web. This feature is a major benefit for operators because it allows them to provision mailboxes from any Internet terminal in the world.

    Payment Reminder
This feature automatically reminds subscribers if their bill is overdue past as TCMSified length of time.

    Balance Due Amount Payback
This pbx system feature plays a subscriber's balance due amount every time he calls into the system. This feature eliminates the need for a subscriber to call up and ask a live person for his balance.

    Read Deny
This pbx system feature plays the number of messages that a subscriber has, but denies the subscriber the permission to read the messages. This feature is an effective way of collecting unpaid balances from the subscriber because it forces them to pay the balance in order to read their messages.

    Payment Confirmation
This pbx system feature allows a subscriber to know if and when his balance payment has been received.

    Networking
This pbx system feature provides the networking software that is necessary to allow subscribers to send voice messages across the systems on a network.

    Teleconferencing
This feature allows multiple callers to phone into the system and communicate with each other within a subscriber's conferencing box. A unique telephone number identifies a subscriber's conference group and can be distributed by the subscriber to whomever he wishes. The subscriber will be charged for the total number of minutes used by all of the callers.
