 I just wanted to commend you and your staff for the fine service and support we have received from you on our dialer. We have been really happy with how your people have handled our questions and the training that we received in our tech support calls.

The software has proven to be everything that you promised it would be. The interface is really easy to use once I understood the basic layout, and I have been impressed with the amount of leads we have generated with it.

We have been trying to telemarket with live agents for a while and the results were dismal in comparison to the results we have been getting with your dialer.

We use the T. C. TECH PREDICTIVE DIALER, to conduct a HARD TARGET BROADCAST to parents of college-bound sophomores, juniors and seniors in High School. Our primary method of delivery is to use a campaign 1 (voice mail only) or campaign 2 (confirm appointment). We have used a campaign 5&2 combo with limited success. We have determined to allow our responders to call a 24 hour (passive toll free) voice recording number to relieve pressure on gathering information. Our advertisement broadcast encourages parents to call, and receive my FREE report, to show parents a totally new way to MAXIMIZE YOUR GRANTS, SCHOLARSHIPS AND NEED BASED LOANS. Granted, insurance is not a turn-key 'hot item'. That is, unless you couple it with a 'hot item' aka. "CASH FOR COLLEGE".

TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS PARAMOUNT TO ANY SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS. Business owners realize that the best advertisement is generated by happy, satisfied customers. The same is true in the insurance industry. Price is important, yet the personal one-on one telephone support that Total Call Management Solutions Inc has aided me from time to time is without compromise. I wish I had some of these outstanding people in my organization.
